Mithila Palkar is a Maharashtrian girl and was born in a Marathi family. She lived with her parents in Vasai. She later shifted to live in Dadar with her maternal grandparents because of the inconvenience of a daily commute. She comes from a family with no acting background. The Mithila Palkar family is not at all interested in the acting field.
When she took the decision to act her grandfather did not approve of her decision to act. Palkar first acted in class Eighth Standard in an inter-school drama competition. She was always being a herd and was always wanting to make a career in dramatics, dancing, and singing during her school days.
She completes her studies at IES’S Modern English School, Dadar. She was a science student in higher secondary school. She later pursues a bachelor’s of Mass Media (BMM) at MMK College, Bandra. She started acting in theatre productions. She completed her graduation in 2013.
