TET Exam 2021 Eligibility Criteria

All TET Exam aspirants should have these following document enlisted below-:

  1. The applicant should possess a 12th mark sheet with at least 50% .
  2. The applicant should possess a graduation degree with at least 45% from a government approved University. Whether it can be private government approved University or institution or government college or institution.
  3. Applicant should possess a 2 year diploma in elementary education, or he can have B.ED degree (bachelors of education) from any certified University of institution. Or he can have any other certified teacher training course.
  4. TET exam aspirants should be 18 years of age or above it. There’s no upper limit age for this exam.

  • ID proof.
  • Age certificate.
  • Current photograph.
  • All academic records.
  • All Educational qualification degrees and certificates.
  • Caste certificate (for non- general category).

TET 2021 Syllabus

Basically, there are 2 test as we all know that.

Syllabus of paper 1 includes :

  • Language l
  • Language ll
  • Mathematics
  • Child development and pedagogy
  • EVS (environment studies).

Syllabus of paper 2 includes :

  • Language l
  • Language ll

  • Social studies.

TET 2021 Format

  • There are merely 150 of total questions.
  • Questions will be of MCQ’S types only.
  • Total marks of complete paper is 150 marks.
  • Duration to complete the entire exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

TET Qualifying Marks

  • For general category the passing percentage required is 60%. And passing numbers required are 90 out of 150.
  • For SC/ST/OBC category passing percentage required is 55%. And passing numbers required are 82 out of 150.

TET 2021 Result

When the exam will be conducted, the state government organizations will be responsible for uploading the results of everyone who had appeared. Applicant can check the result on particular government site only. In results everything will be elaborated about what you had done in exam. How many questions you had attempted, how many are correct and incorrect respectively. What is total percentage and marks you had obtained, everything.

Validity of TET Exam Certificate

Apparently a good news for aspirants of TET Exam, is that the government had extended the validity of TET Exam Certificate from 7 years to a lifetime period. If any candidate had passed the test than he will be shortly issued with the TET certificate. He don’t have to pass it again.
